I have really good teeth. I had a few cavities when I was a kid, and then….nothing. Until today. I went for my six-month checkup and my dentist informed me that I have a cavity. Nooooooo! I am lucky. I have dental insurance.

I spent part of this morning looking at dental insurance. When you buy it yourself you really look at the numbers. I’m glad the Governor is looking at reforming this sector. A few plans are just plain rip-offs. You pay more than they will ever give you.
Buying any kind of health insurance is so daunting. I am now thinking, should I be buying long-term care insurance???
Actually looks like 2 cavities back to back to me, Rhea….hate to say it…and I am not a dentist, just a hygienist of 42 years!
